In this program you wil get the chance to network within Deloitte. Once a week you will follow a workshop about consulting. Also you will be matched with a coach from Deloitte. The program starts in October and lasts 8 weeks. You will present the learned skills during the closing event.

During the Know Your Rights program, you learn what rights you have in the Netherlands as a refugee. Topics such as housing, education and health care are covered in these workshops. It is a 10 week program starting in September.
A 10 weeks Python Developing course for IT-beginners called Codemasters, organized with Accenture and Gasunie. During this boot-camp you will get an interactive learning program and build you own project in Python. Also you receive Soft Skills training and you will present yourself during a festive closing event.

An Accenture professional willl bring your Python coding skills to the next level. For this 5 weeks intensive course we look for developers who want
to expand their knowledge. You will also get soft skills training and the opportunity to present yourself during a network dinner.

Do you like drawing, designing, branding or experimenting with design tools?
In our 5-weeks Design training trainer xy teaches you all design skills you need to get started in the field. It is an interactive training program during which you get tips and tricks about Graphic Design and Brand Design, an introduction to design tools as Miro, Figma, and Canva, and you create your own concept.
Just bring Dutch or English basic knowledge, if available a laptop, and motivation.

During the 10-week program, participants receive lessons in soft skills, learning about the customs, norms, and values in the Netherlands. The focus also includes presentation techniques, personal branding, and storytelling. The program concludes with a Future Citizens event, where participants present themselves to an audience of individuals with networks, hopefully leading to an internship or job opportunity.

Together with our partners, we organize workshops and training sessions to help refugees gain experience in their field. This provides opportunities for refugees to develop their potential while supporting companies in enhancing cultural diversity within their organizations. By organizing a Future Academy with New Dutch Connections, companies can share their expertise and contribute to the personal and professional growth of refugees.
The Future Academy consists of a combination of hard skill training provided by the partner and soft skill training offered by New Dutch Connections. These trainings enhance skills in areas such as Python development, data management, or UX design, as well as communication skills directly applicable to the Dutch job market. By combining both types of training, we aim to not only prepare refugees for the job market but also support them in building a stable and successful future in the Netherlands.
We believe that the Future Academy not only enables companies to embrace cultural diversity and create a positive impact but also has the potential to significantly change the lives of refugees. Together, we can make a difference and build an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to realize their potential.
