As a buddy, you are paired with a refugee who is trying to settle in the Netherlands. You assist them with practical matters, such as improving their language skills, exploring the neighborhood, and navigating Dutch culture. Most importantly, you provide a listening ear and build a relationship of trust.

As a matchmaker, you open your network to help refugees find suitable employment, internships, or work experience opportunities. You aim to build a lasting relationship with them and support their integration into the Dutch job market.

As a driver, you are responsible for transporting refugees to and from our events, training sessions, and other activities. You play a crucial role in their integration process by ensuring they have access to essential support and networking opportunities.

As an event supporter, you represent our organization during events. You ensure that all participants, including refugees and other guests, feel welcome and at ease. You are responsible for a warm reception, assist with the practical organization of the event, and help create a pleasant atmosphere.

As a volunteer for participant recruitment, you visit various asylum seeker centers (AZC) in Utrecht on a weekly basis. You engage with residents, build trust, and inform them about the events and training programs we offer. Your goal is to inspire and motivate residents to participate in our activities, giving them the opportunity to develop new skills and expand their network.

As a coordinator, you are the point of contact for one of the groups of volunteers. In collaboration with NDC, you take on a coordinating role, maintain communication with the volunteers, and ensure proper monitoring.
